1891 Rialto Building Replica

A piece of Melbourne history brought to life, displayed in our Alluvial Restaurant and commissioned by Melbourne artist Gin & Apathy.

Standing half a metre tall, Ed Redman worked tirelessly to bring our 1891 Rialto building to life. Laser-cut and constructed from bamboo, the replica represents Rialto's significance in Melbourne’s growth and the forgotten stories of those who once resided between these walls.

On display for a limited time at 495 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC.
