Heaven-sent honey dishes veer from savoury sandwiches with honey-glazed chicken to sweet orange blossom honey scones with dates and ginger topped with cream and honey and honey éclairs, tart and semifreddo.

Arguably, one of nature’s best creations, the menu casts honey as the hero and prominently features one of Victoria’s best-loved locally made products.
